Laboratoire de Réactivité et Chimie des Solides
Université de Picardie Jules Verne/CNRS, Amiens, France

The research activities of the LRCS (Laboratoire de Réactivité et Chimie des Solides) are focused on materials for energy storage and conversion. More specifically, our objectives are the conception and development of new electrochemical devices in order to increase performances (energy density, safety, durability, costs) in the field of battery but also hydrogen storage and dye sensitive solar cells.
The LRCS is structured in 7 different thematic groups such as : “New Materials and Crystallochemistry”, “Reactivity at the interfaces, nanomaterials and nanostructuration”, “Hydrides and energy storage”, “advanced electrochemical storage systems”, “others electrochemical devices”, “new investigation tools” and “Modelling and Safety”.
